The CMA Parked Motorcycle Syndrome Potluck is January 26th, 2019

CMA crestCMA's Annual PMS POTLUCK Extravaganza is Back - January 26, 2019

Hello to all Motorcycle Riders and Enthusiasts in the Regina area & beyond

We have enjoyed another mild winter so far and it looks like this could continue for some time. We also know that in January, the weather can change in a moment and get cold real fast.

January is also time for our CMA Annual PMS Potluck Evening. To bikers, PMS stands for Parked Motorcycle Syndrome - a winter disease that is not discriminatory and affects young and old, experience or novice, men or women, the physically fit or physically challenged. It starts off with longing looks at your bike that's tucked in the corner of the garage, progresses to sharing past pics of bikes and rides on face book, and the planning of next years ride vacations months in advance. The final symptom is wearing all your riding gear, (chaps, boots, jacket, and helmet), around the house and parading in front of the mirror to see if you still have maintained your tough Biker appeal.

For over 20 years, we at CMA have promoted and hosted a sure cure for such a dreadful condition. We plan a social event on a Saturday evening in late January and invite our friends and friends of friends to an evening of Fun, Food and Fellowship. It is a good old fashioned potluck, where everyone brings their favorite dish, casserole, pot of Chili, salad or dessert. There is always piles of good food, lots of visiting, connecting with friends and making new ones. We have an ice breaker game, some live music, and a guest speaker. This year, our road captain, Glen Iverson will be sharing.

So please consider coming out and sharing the evening with us. We would love to see you. The evening is a family friendly event so bring your friends and family. We promise that you will feel welcome, you will be fed, and you will enjoy yourself.

If you have any questions about the event, please contact Ron Collette or myself. All the evening and contact information is in the poster below.

Lastly, we also want to encourage you to share this post and/or email with your friends. Why not make a date with your significant other? Come on out, sit back and relax.

See you there.
