Does Richard Jones have a Charter case?

M.O.D.E.L.Recently it made the news that a Fort Saskatchewan man decided to sue everyone under the sun over noisy motorcycles.  In his list of offenders according to reports in the Edmonton Sun, he includes the RCMP, the Provincial Minister of Justice, The City of Fort Saskatchewan and the Fort Saskatchewan Motorcycle Association (FMSA) to name a few.

Update on R.A.G.E.'s Rhonda

columnist Rhonda CwynarToday marks 9 full weeks since July 14th when I was mowed down by a drunk driver and my life changed forever.  I am so very grateful to be here.  It still seems very surreal at times.  My injuries…well, some are healing and some are just being discovered.

rage logoThe SRRP Rate Recommendations have been forwarded to the Minister (Don something or other), who will present them to Cabinet for Acceptance or Rejection.  It is up to YOU, the Motorcyclists of Sask. to communicate with their MLA, the Minister, Cabinet and the Premier, to request they honor SGI's commitment to the motorcycle community to Not Raise Rates until the MC Review recommendations have been implemented and the results known!!
